| Hello, It is already time for me to begin work on my dirt late model calendars for 2020. As I have done the past several of years, I am seeking advertisers for the calendar to help offset the expense of printing. For those of you that have been with us before, the details are pretty much the same as last year. I thank you for your past cooperation and hope you will continue to be on board. If you have not been with us before or this is the first time I have contacted you about this opportunity, please take a minute to read what we have to offer. You can view some samples of what our calendars look like and how the ads are place by clicking http://www.mrmracing.net/calendars.html. Ads are $25 each and are approximately 2.5” x 1” in size. More than one ad may be purchased. Just like the last couple of years, I am adding a side panel with a larger ad spot to really showcase a sponsor’s business/services. These were really popular when I offered them last year. I have attached a sample image file to see what one of those will look like. I am offering those for $40 each. If you are interested in one of these and purchase 4 regular ads, I will sell them for an additional $30, a $10 savings. Once again, I will be offering a national calendar with some of the top names in the sport featured in the calendar. These were very successful this year and hope to get them into the hands of more fans by having these available at some of the high profile events toward the end of the season. My goal is to have these finished by early October. We will also be producing our Drivers of East Tennessee calendars. The same ads in the national calendar will also be in the local calendar, so you are getting 2 ads for the price of 1. If a client, sponsor, customer, etc. of yours may also be interested, please forward this information to them or send them my information so I may talk to them about possibly coming on board. Ads do not have to be racing related, just to those interested in reaching race fans to increase their business. I am asking anyone who is interested in buying an ad to please let me know and submit payment by Aug. 30. If you are not interested in advertising with us, please send a reply saying so in order to take you off the reminder list I will send out in a few weeks. In a change for this year, payment must be received before being placed on the calendar. If payment is not received by the time of printing, the ads will be removed. We’ve had a few people say they will buy ads, then never come through with their payment. If you have any questions, my contact information is below.
